Jordan opens a dispute on a funded, arbitration-protected ETH order and submits one claim with photo evidence. The payment remains in the Safe during review. The moderator opens the same case record, reviews the product, amount, claim, evidence, buyer, and seller, then records a 60 percent buyer and 40 percent seller ruling with a written reason. Jordan sees the ruling and exact buyer, seller, and moderator amounts before accepting the payout. Mobazha deploys the Safe when needed, submits the dispute-release transaction on local Anvil, and completes the order. The final audit trail retains the evidence, 60/40 ruling, on-chain release hash, and Dispute resolved state.
